We’re looking for a polished, warm and highly organized Concierge to set the tone for every client, guest and team member who walks through our doors.

What You’ll Do

• Own the guest experience. Greet and host clients, visitors and staff with genuine warmth and discretion. Remember names, preferences and the details that make people feel known.
• Keep the space guest-ready. Make sure our office, lobby and meeting spaces always look immaculate and inviting. This includes resetting rooms between meetings, light tidying, rearranging furniture for events and turning spaces over after client and company functions.
• Run the calendar. Manage the master schedule, conference rooms and in-office meetings, including hospitality setup, refreshments and special touches for VIP clients.
• Plan and support events. Coordinate catering, setup and breakdown for client gatherings, team celebrations and company events.
• Manage the concierge budget. Partner with colleagues on service requests and purchases, and track spending carefully.
• Keep everything stocked. Maintain inventory and order food and beverage, office and IT supplies, and branded event merchandise so nothing ever runs out.
• Handle the extras. Run local errands and take on special requests with a “consider it done” attitude.

What You Bring

• At least 2 years of guest-facing experience in upscale hospitality: a luxury or boutique hotel (front desk, concierge, guest services or front office leadership), private club, fine-dining restaurant, wedding planner, premium residential concierge, or executive/VIP hospitality
• A strong sense of service standards from a four- or five-star, Forbes Travel Guide, AAA Diamond or similar environment (strongly preferred)
• Poise, polish and professional presence. You’re comfortable hosting executives and high-profile clients.
• Sharp attention to detail and the ability to anticipate needs before they’re voiced
• The ability to juggle several priorities calmly, and to pivot quickly, because no two days are the same
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word and Excel
• A high school diploma or GED (hospitality coursework or a degree is a plus)
