Concierge 

OPOC.us is looking for a positive, energetic Client Concierge who is committed to providing outstanding support and exceptional customer service, both internally and externally. As Concierge, you are the face of our organization and the first person our guests see when they come through the doors.  

Responsibilities include but not limited to:  

  • Interacting with guests and staff while maintaining a positive and professional office environment 

  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the office - including light daily cleaning, assistance in moving furniture as needed, clean up after client and company in-office events  

  • Managing the master schedule as well as all in office meetings and meeting spaces 

  • Holding responsibility for the concierge budget, including working with your peers on service requests and purchases 

  • Maintaining inventory and ordering all necessary office supplies, ie: Food/Beverage, Office Supplies, IT support supplies, event merchandise 

  • Available to run office errands (local) 

This role is essential for ensuring our high standards for client impact are met. You will be surrounded by smart, driven people who provide the best environment for learning and growth.  

The ideal candidate will be an energetic and service driven individual, who is passionate about adding to our Culture of CARE and becoming the best version of themselves as we deliver Ultimate Service to our clients (both external and internal).  

The ideal candidate is adaptable and flexible, someone who can quickly pivot based on current needs. A lot of our tasks don’t remain the same every day. 

Key qualifications to succeed in this role include: 

  • At least 2 years of experience as a front office manager, front desk, or similar position in the hospitality industry or related field 

  • Hospitality experience of at least 1 year is required for this role 

  • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED) 

  • Experience with Microsoft Office with proficiency in Word and Excel 

  • Possess excellent management skills, communication skills, and multitasking skills
